Talks To Resume Between Caesars And Unifor

Unifor Local 444 and Caesars Windsor will head back to the bargaining table next week.

Unifor Local 444 submitted a new proposal to the employer on Tuesday. In a Facebook post on Thursday, the union posted that Caesars Windsor "finally reached out and informed us that they will not be available to bargain until Wednesday, April 18."

Around 2,300 Caesars Windsor employees have been on the picket line since April 4 when they rejected a tentative deal by 59%.

All Caesars Windsor events, concerts, and hotel bookings have been cancelled throughout April.
