The Detroit Tigers have announced Wednesday’s game against the Kansas City Royals at Comerica Park has been postponed because of high winds and bitterly cold temperatures.

The game was supposed to start at 1:10pm, but instead, it will be played as part of a doubleheader on April 20.

Tickets for Wednesday’s game will be honoured for the first game of the doubleheader.

Tickets will not be exchanged.
