A Windsor man is facing break and enter charges after a break and enter on Niagara St.
Police were called to the home on Thursday after the owner saw someone breaking into his garage. Officers arrived within minutes and saw a man leaving the garage with a bin full of tools.
The man tried to take off but officers caught up to him. After being advised he was under arrest, the man physically resisted and officers used their conducted energy weapon to subdue him.
A 25-year-old man is now charged with break and enter and resisting arrest.
