If you live in Leamington and you haven't raked the leaves yet, you still have a little time.
The Municipality is extending leaf/yard waste pickup.
Warmer temperatures this fall means many trees still have leaves left on them.
The collection is Wednesday for residents on both sides of Erie St. and areas east of Erie. For those living on the west side of Erie St., pickup is on Friday.
Residents are reminded to put the leaves in a paper yard waste bag, cardboard boxes or garbage cans. Leaves left in plastic bags will not be picked up.
The Town of Tecumseh has also extended its yard waste pickup until Monday, December 11. Residents are asked to leave their yard waste bags by the curb Sunday night.
