The City of Windsor is holding a public consultation for the secondary plan for County Rd. 42.
The plan includes the land for the proposed new single site acute care hospital. The area is bounded by County Road 42 to the north, County Road 17 to the east, 8th Concession Road to the West and extends south of Baseline Road to the South.
Windsor Regional Hospital CEO David Musyj says its an important next step for the development of the new hospital system.
"We're looking forward for the public to give general feedback with respect to the overall plan the city has in place for that particular area," says Musyj.
The meeting is being held on Wednesday July 5, 2017 at the Roseland Golf and Curling Club, Windsor Room, from 5:30 pm to 8 pm.
The Secondary Plan is expected to be presented to the Planning Heritage and Economic Development Standing Committee for recommendation to Windsor City Council in the fall.
