UPDATE: Teen Facing Court After Fatal Crash

Amherstburg police say a 17-year-old is now being charged after a fatal rollover crash on Concession Rd. 4 N, near North Side Rd.
The incident happened around 3:30pm, on February 13th.
Officials say four people, who were 16 years old at the time, were in the car when it flipped.
One of the passengers succumbed to his injuries a month after the crash.
A 17-year-old from LaSalle is facing one count of careless driving.
