Kingsville Fire Chief Robert Kissner is facing six additional counts of sexual related offences after more people have come forward.
Three more alleged victims have come forward since the investigation began in December 2016.
Kissner, 60, faces three more counts of sexual assault, two counts of sexual exploitation and one count of sexual interference.
He was initially charged in early December 2016 with two counts of sexual assault and two counts of sexual exploitation.
Kissner has been released on his own recognizance and will appear in court at a later date to answer to the charges.
Jeff Dean has since been appointed as acting fire chief.
