Eleven local companies are joining together to host a joint job fair.
The companies come from many different sectors and are looking to fill positions at all levels and abilities.
Spokesperson Elise Marentette says the companies joined forces to attract a large variety of candidates to the job fair.
"With the manufacturing recovery that continues and the unemployment rate keeps going down it gets harder and harder to find that right person. Which is great news for Windsor-Essex but it's forced companies to be a little bit more creative with their recruitment techniques," says Marentette.
Companies involved in the job fair include Caesars, Centreline, Classic Tool, Cypher Systems Group, Electromac, Ground Effects, Jamieson Labs, Linamar-Exkor, Mucci Farms, TRQSS, and Windsor Regional Hospital.
The job fair is being held on Wednesday September 21, 2016 at the St. Clair Centre for the Arts from 11am-7pm.
