Wyandotte St. E from Drouillard Rd. to Albert Rd. has reopened after being closed for most of the morning because of a single-vehicle crash.
Windsor police say a car smashed into a pillar at the underpass.
Firefighters had to cut away much of the vehicle to extricate the lone male driver who suffered severe injuries. He has been rushed to the hospital.
So far there's no word on the driver's condition or if police will lay charges.
