Positivity In Wake Of Tragedy

More families are being fed this Christmas, thanks to the Windsor Police Service's Stuff-A-Cruiser program.

Donations were collected at the Superstore on Dougall Ave. last weekend, and police were able to fill five cruisers full of food. That ends up making 120 packages for the Windsor Homes Coalition.

Officer Andrew Moxley says it's some good news on the heels of a recent homicide on Benjamin Ave. "It's been a terrible week for Windsor. We have a family that's lost someone, you know, actually two people, and we have detectives and investigators out there investigating that terrible incident and this brings hope. This brings a good energy to Windsor."

The 120 food filled boxes are being dropped off to homes of people in need today.
