Second Suspect In Robbery Arrested

Police in Windsor have a second suspect in custody but continue their search for a third after two men and a woman allegedly robbed a 54-year-old man.

Last Thursday, the man told investigators he stopped by a friend's home in the 2600-block of Richmond St. when a woman and two men took his wallet and debit card before forcing him into the washroom. The man was then forced into a cab, driven to a motel in the 2700-block of Howard Ave. where he was again, locked in a washroom. The man waited until the coast was clear before escaping to a nearby convenience store and calling police.

Police arrested 30-year-old Sydney Gelinas at the motel, and on Friday arrested 34-year-old Robert Graham. Gelinas faces robbery, forcible confinement and possession of stolen property charges, while police charged Graham with robbery, forcible confinement and uttering threats.

Anyone with information about the second male suspect can call the police at 519l-255-6700 ext. 4305 or Crime Stoppers at 519-258-8477 (TIPS). Tips can also be submitted on Facebook and at www.catchcrooks.com.
