Housing prices are increasing slightly in Windsor, while the number of listings are down compared to this time last year.
The Windsor Essex County Association of Realtors says total monthly listings for October were down 3.4% from October of 2013.
The number of properties sold, however, is basically unchanged at 418 this year from 417.
Average sales prices are up to $195,000 from $188,000 in October of last year.
