After missing two court appearances, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police has a Windsor man considered to be a high-risk traveller in custody.
A release from the RCMP says officers arrested Mohamed Elshaer in Toronto as he returned to Canada.
Elshaer faces charges related to passport fraud.
Sergeant Greg Cox says the RCMP is not providing any other details.
