Windsor lawyer Claudio Martini is being suspended for seven months, as the Law Society of Upper Canada says he’s engaged in professional misconduct.

The Law Society Tribunal accuses Martini of misleading two clients, failing to serve them, and failing to conduct himself in a way that maintains the integrity of the profession.

The decision came down last week.

Martini is also expected to pay $30,000 in costs to the Law Society by the end of 2015.
