Arrest In Maintenance Worker Assault

A 31-year-old man faces an assault with bodily harm charge after an alleged physical altercation with a maintenance worker at an apartment building.
Police arrived at the building in the 3200-block of College Ave. on Tuesday after the 50-year-old woman complained a tenant attacked her in the storage area. She suffered an arm fracture.
Police say the tenant called her about flooding in his apartment. They had a verbal exchange while mopping up the mess, and when she went to lock the storage area door, police say the tenant bumped her with his chest and shoved her to the ground.
Officers arrested Donald McKenna.
