Spits Sign Power Forward

Power forward Luke Kirwan is joining the Windsor Spitfires roster when training camp gets underway this year.
The 16-year-old was originally drafted by the Guelph Storm in the 2013 draft and comes to Windsor for a pair of second round selections in 2018 and 2019.
Kirwan believes he can be a major contributor to the team this year. “I like to score goals and I like to contribute and help my team win. I like to play physical, I like to use my body.”
Kirwan comes from Syracuse, New York and played for the United States National Under-17 team last year putting up 29 goals and 28 assists.
