Case Closed Without Charges

Leamington OPP won’t be laying any charges after the discovery of a pool of blood forced a section of the uptown sidewalk to be taped off.
Officials say the victim, who was found leaning against a bank machine in the area, isn’t cooperating.
Police say he claims he became injured when he fell off his bicycle, causing the trail of blood.
A town worker discovered the blood two weeks ago and called police.
