UPDATE: Police Respond To Report Of Weapons

The Windsor Police Service reports the situation is resolved after responding to the 100-block of Elm Ave. after a man was seen entering a residence with weapons.
Around 10:30pm on Friday, Police contained the area around Elm Ave. and closed the street.
The road was reopened around 3am on Saturday.
Police have not provided any further details.
