
Michigan Charges Against Officer Dropped
June 10, 2014 11:52amThe case against a Windsor police officer charged with possession of a controlled substance in Michigan has been dismissed.
Constable David Bshouty appeared in a Michigan courtroom this morning.
The clerk for Judge Michael Wagner of 36th District Court confirms there was insufficient evidence and the case was dismissed.
Constable Bshouty is also facing drug-related charges from Windsor police in relation to a small amount of tablets suspected to be a prescription narcotic.
