The Town of Tecumseh is benefiting from three new major infrastructure projects in the area of Manning Rd. and Riverside Dr.

The largest and most important of the projects is the new Manning Rd. Pumping Station which will reduce flooding in the town in big storms.

Tecumseh Deputy Mayor Cheryl Hardcastle says it also provides capacity for future developments. “We are trying to be adaptive to extreme weather events and climate change and just overall modernizing so that these kinds of services are actually reliable for the community.”

The town is also celebrating the Rotary International Round-a-bout completion and the completion of the WFCU Square in Lakewood Park.
