Body Found In West End Apartment

One person is dead after an overnight fire in an apartment at 1098 California Ave.
Windsor police were called to the building just before 11:30am this morning and discovered the body.
Officers say there was a small fire inside the unit which appears to have put itself out before they arrived.
Foul play is not suspected in this case, however, investigators remain on the scene.
