A 22-year-old Windsor man faces charges after police got a call about a man wearing plaid pajama pants stealing from vehicles in the 3000-block of Bruce Ave.
Officers found the suspect around 4am this morning a block up the street peering into the window of a house, but he ran off when he saw police.
The chase picked up again almost half an hour later when officers saw the suspect riding a bike on Virginia Park. This time when he saw police, he dumped the bike and ran. Police caught him just as he was trying to hop a fence, but had to use a Taser when he started kicking the officers.
Police charged Dakota Poisson with possession of stolen property, prowling at night and resisting arrest.
