UPDATE: Missing Man Located

Windsor police have located the 27-year-old man they were searching for.
He was last seen around 8pm walking in the Arthur St. and Seminole St. area.
He’s white with a beard and last seen wearing a plaid coat, grey jeans, and a blue and black baseball hat with a skull on it.
