Essex 73’s A Game Away

The Essex 73’s will advance to the Schmalz Cup final with a win tonight over the Wingham Ironmen.

Headed into Game 5 in Essex, the 73’s have a 3-1 series lead.

The 73’s lost Gmae 4 in Wingham Sunday after penalties gave the Ironmen 12 opportunities where they had an extra man advantage.

Game 6, if need be, will be in Wingham Friday night. The 73’s will be back on home ice next Sunday if the series goes to seven games.
