Francis Headed To WFCU (Video)

Windsor Mayor Eddie Francis will become a part of the Windsor Family Credit Union executive team when he leaves office in December.

Francis will be the new Executive Vice President Operations and Member Experience and will be responsible for finance, accounting, administration, HR, marketing and community investment.

Francis says he is excited to take on the new challenge as the WFCU launches a new strategic plan. “It’s going to be challenging. But it’s challenging because the board and Marty [Komsa] and the team here have basically said that they don’t want the status quo. They want to go to the next level and they’ve set some pretty clear, ambitious targets that are very motivating to someone like me.”

WFCU President and CEO Marty Komsa says they pursued Francis because of his business intelligence and entrepreneurial spirit.
