Update: Beer Bottle Brandishing Thief Sought

Police are looking for a beer bottle brandishing thief that robbed a Windsor 7-11.

Officers say a man wearing a motorcycle helmet walked into the convenience store in the 200-block of Tecumseh Rd. E just before 4am. He threatened the clerk with a broken beer bottle and made off with loose change. The clerk wasn’t hurt.

Police describe the man as:

– white, between 25 and 30-years, average height and build

– wearing a dark blue and white motorcycle helmet with a clear shield, dark waist-length jacket and jeans

– also wearing black running shoes with white accents near the sole.
