The Windsor Express open their NBL Canada semi-final series against rival London tonight at the WFCU Centre.

Head Coach Bill Jones says his team won five of eight meetings with the Lightning this season, and they’re hungrier right now. “Nobody wants it more than us. ┬áLondon, they are the two-time defending champs, but there’s no way that they want that championship more this year than we do.”

The Express swept their first-round series against Mississauga, while London took five games to close out Brampton. Jones believes the extra rest will help his team in this series.

Windsor’s won its last three games against London, although the most recent came back on February 7.
