The LaSalle Vipers are in a deep hole against the Chatham Maroons after dropping Game 3 of their GOJHL playoff series at home 5-4.

LaSalle is down three games to none in their semi-final series with Game 4 shifting to Chatham on Wednesday. Vipers captain Dylan Denomme says they hurt themselves in the second period after tying up the game.

“We scored a powerplay goal in the second and then went through a ten minute span of stupid hockey and they went up 5-1,” says Denomme. “We scored five seconds left in the game, it’s too late by then.”

Denomme led the way for the Vipers with two goals and an assist.
