A 27-year-old Essex woman faces impaired driving charges after crashing her car on West Belle River Rd. in Lakeshore, just after 2am on Friday.


Following a traffic stop at 9:30pm Friday night on County Rd. 31, a 41-year-old Leamington man faces drunk driving charges.


Officers repsonding to an erratic vehicle on County Rd. 31 around 10:30pm Sunday have arrested a 25-year-old from Kingsville. He’s charged with impaired driving.


Windsor police have laid a charge of impaired driving after a vehicle hit a parked car on Jefferson Blvd.

Police say it happened around 3am.

There were no injuries.


Amherstburg officers arrested a 21-year-old man after he tried to flee from police.

Police say they received complaints of a vehicle squealing its tires and driving at a high rate of speed on South Riverview Dr. and County Rd. 8 early Saturday morning.

When they tried to pull over the vehicle, the driver took off. Later, the vehicle was located on Malden Rd. in LaSalle and the driver was arrested.

He’s charged with flight from police, impaired driving and driving with open liquor. He’s also charged with driving with a suspended license, having no valid permit and no insurance.


Windsor police released two 15-year-olds and a 13-year-old to their parents on a promise to appear in court after a break-in at St. Angela School Friday night.

Police received an alarm call around 11:40pm and were just about to send in the K-9 unit when they saw three people running from the school.

They were tracked down on Benjamin Ave. and arrested for break and enter. Police recovered two bottles of body wash from the suspects.
