The flag at the Sarnia Police Station was lowered to half mast Sunday in honour of National Police and Peace Officers Memorial Day.

A short ceremony was held in front of the station during which PC Knight spoke kind words with reverence toe to all fellow officers who made the ultimate sacrifice.

Four more names will be added to the Honour Roll tablets in Ottawa today.

Among those names already enshrined on the wall is John (Jack) Lewis of Sarnia who was killed in 1936.
