UPDATE: EB Highway 401 reopened after crash

Police have now reopened the eastbound lanes of Highway 401 after a tractor trailer crashed into a ditch near West Lorne.
The Ontario Provincial Police first reported the crash just after 4 p.m. on Monday after the tractor trailer went into the ditch east of Furnival Road. Police then closed one lane when emergency crews arrived, before shutting down all eastbound lanes around 5:40 pm.
It is unknown if anyone was injured in the crash or if any charges will be laid.
The eastbound lanes were closed at Furnival Road until just after 8 p.m.
