SIU Invokes Mandate In Huron East Collision

The Special Investigations Unit is looking into a collision in Huron East.
In a release the OPP say a vehicle that had been reported stolen in London was spotted around 2:15am this morning on Main St. S and Goderich St. in Seaforth. Police tried to stop the vehicle but say the driver did not pull over.
While travelling on Divisoin Line, the driver lost control and rolled the vehicle into the east ditch.
The 18-year-old woman driving the vehicle was taken to hospital with undetermined injuries. The 17-year-old passenger was treated and released from hospital. Both are from London.
Police say Division Line is closed between Huron Rd. and Front Rd. while the SIU investigates.
