Sarnia man celebrates $50K lotto prize

A Sarnia man is $50,000 richer after winning an ONTARIO 49 second prize in the March 1 draw.

Christopher Graham, a 46-year-old father, said this is his first big win.

"I've been playing the lottery for 10 years," shared Graham while at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto to pick up his winnings.

"I checked my tickets on the OLG App and my eyes were blurry because I just woke up. I sent the screenshot to my friend to ask him what numbers he saw – I was so surprised!"

Graham said his children are very happy for him. "It feels good and relaxing," he smiled.

He plans to invest his win and hopes to buy a home in the future.

The winning ticket was purchased at Wellington Convenience on Wellington Street in Sarnia.
