A COVID-19 outbreak has been declared at Ryan's House on Exmouth Street in Sarnia.
Bluewater Health, in consultation with Lambton Public Health, made the announcement Thursday afternoon.
In a news release, Bluewater Health Communications Chief Keith Marnoch said less than five clients at the second-stage withdrawal management facility have tested positive.
At this time, no staff cases have resulted from the outbreak, and additional infection control measures have been put in place.
Bluewater Health currently has 12 COVID-positive patients in hospital.
There are now a total of six outbreaks in the community, including at Landmark Village, Lambton Meadowview Villa, Fairwinds Lodge and Community Living Sarnia-Lambton.
There's also an ongoing outbreak at the hospital's Cognitively Complex Continuing Care Unit in Sarnia, with five patients testing positive and less than five staff with confirmed infections.
