Minor injuries are reported in a collision Thursday morning on Highway 40, that saw glass spilled across the roadway.
Lambton OPP said a passenger vehicle and transport truck, hauling 12,000 pounds of glass, collided at around 7 a.m.
The transport rolled and spilled its load onto the highway and clean up efforts took several hours.
Highway 40 was closed in both directions between Courtright Line and Bentpath Line but reopened at around 2:30 p.m.
Both drivers were taken to hospital as a precaution, and one was charged with careless driving.
