Multi-award winner and Canadian Music Hall of Fame inductee Jann Arden will return to Sarnia.
She will perform at Imperial Theatre on February 9, 2023. Tickets, for $129, will go on sale Friday at 9 a.m.
Executive Director Brian Austin Jr. said the theatre is currently operating on summer hours so the box office is open 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday, meaning interested fans will want to purchase tickets online as they're expected to sell quickly.
Arden was last in Sarnia about five years ago and Austin Jr. said the tickets sold out on the first day.
Arden has released 15 albums and has won multiple awards over the years including eight Juno Awards, 10 SOCAN Awards, and four Western Canadian Music Awards.
She's also noted as being an author and actor.
"She is really a renaissance woman and is just so talented across the board," said Austin Jr.
Imperial Theatre is now in its "announce schedule" and plans to notify people of acts on Wednesdays with sales beginning on Fridays.
"I can't even explain how nice it is to be booking the way we used to (prior to the COVID-19 pandemic)," said Austin Jr. "There's still a bit of hesitation because we don't know what the future holds but we have every confidence in everything that we're booking right now. It's nice to see the industry kind of getting back on its feet."
