Active COVID cases down five

The active caseload of COVID-19 in Sarnia-Lambton decreased by five on Sunday to 63.

Lambton Public Health reported five new cases of the virus and ten resolved cases.

Since the pandemic began in March 2020, there have been 3,829 confirmed infections and 3,696 cases have been deemed resolved.

The death toll remains at 70 and there are three active outbreaks in the community.
