The Canada Border Services Agency seized three firearms, three overcapacity magazines and ammunition from a vehicle entering Canada at the Blue Water Bridge July 17.
The accused is facing charges, was issued a vehicle penalty, and sent back to the United States.
The individual is scheduled to appear in court on August 25.
