A 19-year-old man accused of impaired driving is facing charges following a traffic stop in Lambton Shores.
Lambton OPP stopped a vehicle on Klondyke Road after officers spotted a vehicle travelling on Lakeshore Road without proper lights at 3:45 a.m. on July 2.
The driver allegedly showed signs of impairment and was taken to Lambton OPP detachment to provide breath samples, two of which were above the legal limit.
The driver from Adelaide-Metcalfe Township was charged with operation while impaired - alcohol and blood and operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration (80 plus).
He is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice on August 9.
