Sarnia police nabbed a driver travelling over 100 kilometres an hour, above the posted speed limit.
Police were conducting radar enforcement in the area of Vidal Street South and Churchill Line Thursday night.
Police said at around 9:30 p.m., a vehicle was clocked at 162 kilometres an hour in a 50 kilometre an hour zone.
The officer attempted to stop the speeding vehicle, which was allegedly weaving in and out of traffic. Police said the officer was able to catch up with the vehicle and conduct a traffic stop.
The driver was charged with dangerous driving and flight from police.
