A Warwick Township man is facing charges after Lambton OPP seized a powerful stun gun Wednesday night.
Officers responded to an unknown call for service on Ontario Street at around 8 p.m.
Police said the complainant had warrants issued for his arrest in another jurisdiction, leading to the search of the suspect and seizure of a ultrahigh voltage stun gun.
A 43-year-old man is charged with possession of a prohibited device and two counts of failure to comply with a release order.
The accused was being held in custody pending a bail hearing.
