Lambton Public Health reported a slight increase in the active COVID-19 case count Friday.
The health unit reported 10 new confirmed cases for a total of 2,055 since the pandemic began. There were also seven more resolved cases for a total of 1,941. The active case count is up three at 68, and the death toll is unchanged at 46.
Lambton Public Health is reporting one more active outbreak, for a total of eight. A new outbreak was declared Thursday at an unnamed workplace with three cases.
The Lambton-Kent District School Board said a student has tested positive at Forest's North Lambton Secondary School.
Bluewater Health had no positive patients in hospital Friday.
