Sarnia police continue to investigate a spectacular crash Saturday evening at Lakeshore Road and Christina Street North.
Police had not yet released any details but it appeared a speeding vehicle missed the curve, went airborne and landed on the roof of a home.
There appeared to be extensive damage to the home, other vehicles in the driveway of the residence, and utility poles, one of which was totally snapped off and left hanging by the power lines.
Police, fire and Bluewater Power crews responded and the area was cordoned off for some time.
The extent of any injuries wasn't immediately known.
