Sarnia police are investigating an early morning armed robbery of a convenience store.
Cst. John Sottosanti said city police responded to the Circle K at 450 Trudeau Dr. at around 2:45 a.m. Monday.
"The suspect had entered the store with a handgun which he pointed at the clerk," he said. "The suspect left the area on a bicycle, westbound on Confederation Street, with a quantity of lottery tickets and cash. Fortunately, no one was harmed in the incident."
Cst. Sottosanti said the suspect was wearing a black hooded sweater, with the words 'I AM CHANGE' in white letters on the front.
The suspect was also wearing a skeleton mask and ball cap, red gloves, baggie straight-legged black pants, black shoes and was carrying a black and grey flannel designed backpack.
