Lambton OPP have three people in custody in connection with the theft of property from a donation bin on Oil Heritage Road in Petrolia.
Police said it happened at around 10 a.m. on March 30.
While speaking with the suspects, the officers allegedly found a bag of suspected methamphetamine.
A 37-year-old from Petrolia, as well as two Strathroy residents, are each charged with two counts of possession of methamphetamine, possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000, and possession of over 30 grams of dried cannabis in a public place.
A Strathroy resident is also charged with theft under $5,000.
All of the accused were released and are scheduled to appear in Sarnia court on June 3, 2020.
