Over 900 area students are facing suspension from school next week.
Lambton Public Health is still waiting for updated immunization records for 914 elementary and secondary students.
That's down from 1,800 at the beginning of the month, when second notices were mailed out to parents and guardians of students whose records were not up-to-date.
Lambton Public Health says the records include immunizations for diphtheria, tetanus, polio, mumps, rubella, measles, meningitis, whooping cough and chickenpox for children born in 2010 or later.
The health unit says if records aren’t updated by March 2, students face suspension from school as of March 3.
For those students who still require immunization, walk-in clinics will be held at Lambton Public Health at 160 Exmouth Street on Friday, February 28 and Monday, March 2 from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m.
You're asked to bring the child's yellow immunization card with you or other immunization records.
Parents can also update records online at www.lambtonpublichealth.ca.
Last March, 325 students were suspended from school due to outdated vaccination information.
