A 22-year-old Toronto man is facing drug charges after Sarnia police responded to a disturbance call in the 900 block of Confederation Street on Tuesday.
When police arrived around 9:15 p.m., it's alleged a man was being contained by citizens after being caught rummaging through vehicles.
Police say the suspect refused to identify himself and was arrested for being intoxicated in a public place.
A search of the suspect allegedly turned up 19.52 grams of purple fentanyl, 2.85 grams of crystal methamphetamine, and 24.73 grams of cocaine with a combined street value of $7,935.
Moelijah Isaiha Sharpe is charged with two counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking, possession of a controlled substance, and mischief under $5,000.
He was being held pending a bail hearing.
