Plans for further development at the London Road Shopping Centre include a large scale residential project.
It's proposed an 11 storey apartment building be built in the area of the former Jack Doyle's Irish Grille and Sports Bar.
There's a public meeting on Thursday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the former Family Video store to discuss the third and final phase of the project.
The $15 million redevelopment of the busy shopping centre, which was announced in 2016, also included a new 2,100 square foot unit attached to Crabby Joe's, a stand-alone plaza with space for multiple tenants, parking, sidewalks and curbs.
