The Rotary Club of Sarnia’s online auction goes live on Tuesday.

Spokesperson Mike Elliott said bidders will have the chance to purchase hundreds of items from generous donors across Sarnia-Lambton.

“We have about 77 blocks, with about eight items per block, so probably around 600 items in this year’s auction,” said Elliott. “I think a lot of the old favourites as far as donations are there. A lot of gift certificates, a lot of sports tickets, interesting electronic gadgets, weekend getaways and some handcrafted items.”

This is the largest fundraiser for the Rotary Club — raising about $50,000 each year.

Bidding at www.rtva.ca will close, block by block, Sunday, November 17.

Items must be picked up at the Rotary office, 1210 Michigan Rd. — beside Pathways — November 18 and 19.
