Sarnia police are looking for the owner of a black SUV with a Quebec license plate.
Police said shortly after midnight Tuesday, a black vehicle believed to be a late model Toyota Rav 4 with no front plate, failed to stop for an officer.
The vehicle was being operated by a male driver who was accompanied by a female passenger, and it was initially seen in the 200 block of Wellington Street earlier in the evening.
